Robert Half Administrative Coordinator in Austin, Texas

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator in Austin, Texas. This role involves a blend of administrative and warehouse duties, making it a dynamic position within our team. You will be supporting our operations by handling a variety of tasks such as accepting packages/mail, organizing material on shelves, and assisting with service/dispatch duties.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls and perform basic dispatch duties

• Accept and organize incoming packages and mail

• Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using various software

• Support warehouse operations by organizing material on shelves and handling incoming shipments

• Provide backup support to other team members in the office

• Handle some service and dispatch duties as needed

• Utilize MS Office Suite to perform administrative tasks and data entry

• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues

• Assist in maintaining a calm and efficient work environment

• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word.

• Familiarity with the Management System and About Time software.

• Strong skills in Correspondence and Data Entry tasks.

• Experience in providing top-notch Customer Service.

• Ability to support the C-Suite and handle their administrative needs.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.

• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Previous experience in an administrative coordinator role is preferred.
