The Austin office is seeking a Digital identity Strategist Associate Director to join our growing team.
What You Can Expect:
Associate Directors take the lead role in strengthening our relationships with key clients and provide seamless guidance in the completion of these engagements. Associate Directors have a solid understanding of their client’s business and demonstrate technical competence in their solution and industry. Associate Directors have the opportunity to develop new projects at loyal clients and also help identify new developing clients. Associate Directors are responsible for the success of all client-related work within their portfolio and manage the success of these engagements. Associate Directors develop lasting relationships within the business community and are respected for their areas of expertise.

Do Your Talents Include the Following?
Collaborating with the sales team to sell advisory services into new accounts and follow-on services to existing accounts as well as performing advisory oversight to key named client accounts.
Broad understanding of vendor solutions, industry best practices, and technology integration, demonstrating expertise and delivery of implementation methodology to sophisticated customer engagements.
Providing expert knowledge to existing and prospective customers through the delivery of facilitated workshops, conducting detailed discovery, producing the vision and corresponding roadmap for implementation, and executing an IAM program according to the agreed upon roadmap.
Working proactively and independently with sales management, practice directors, and other IAM strategists, to assist new and follow-on opportunities as needed.
Exemplary writing skills enabling development of the following:
Facilitate customer discovery and output
Derive customer requirements and develop recommended approach
Generate scope definition and implementation milestones
Create business case and advise on return on investment models
Implementation and best practices presentations and facilitate workshops to encourage dialogue, perform discovery and provide solution recommendations.
Acquire product knowledge through training on vendor solutions, applying methodology and procedures relevant to the customer-facing role.
Develop customized presentations adapting to unique customer requirements and demonstrating creative approaches to fulfilling customer use cases .
Effectively communicate with Protiviti resources (sales representatives, sales management, practice directors, and other IAM Strategists), working proactively and independently to prioritize and manage customer engagements and follow-on services opportunities.
Regularly contribute to Protiviti technical boards, marketing initiatives, and cross-functional teams to provide solution leadership and advice.
Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g. MIS, CIS) required
12 + years in a related field, preferably in professional services and/or industry
Certifications and/or training in leading IAM solutions such as SailPoint, Saviynt or CyberArk are strongly preferred
Certification such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CISM, or Project Management ( e.g. PMP) are a plus

We travel throughout the month frequently based upon client requests/commitments. Travel may include suburban, regional, or out-of-state locations.
