Description:
Our client has 120 IT Processes that need to be inventoried, documented, analyzed (for gaps, overlaps, and improvements), and published/maintained. This person will spend all of their time working with IT Leadership (C-Level, Directors, Managers). They will work on IT processes within IT Teams, across IT teams (internal collaboration and communication), and between IT and our Business customers. They should have some experience in IT Tools and Processes across service management, request management, cybersecurity (PEN test, vulnerability scan—nothing too complex) , project management, application support, data, Devops, resource planning, and IT Administration (procurement, contracting, accounting, etc.). Again this is an “IT” Business Analyst who will help fix our “IT” processes. Day to day work and priorities will be set by our CTO.
