Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Controller in Austin, Texas. You will be a key part of our team in the semiconductor industry, primarily working with our Netsuite ERP and Tensoft manufacturing systems. This role is essential to our organization, requiring someone who can easily adapt to various levels of work and is comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of full cycle accounting, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Audits

• Utilize Netsuite ERP, Tensoft manufacturing, and other systems to maintain accurate financial records

• Oversee budget processes and cost accounting, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis

• Implement and manage inventory accounting, controls, and audits

• Prepare and analyze Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) reports

• Manage fixed assets and financial reporting processes

• Ensure inventory analysis is accurate and up-to-date

• Contribute to the manufacturing process, providing financial insights and analysis where necessary

• Continually strive for process improvement and efficiency in all aspects of the role

• Demonstrate a strong attention to detail, ensuring all financial records and reports are accurate and timely. Requirements • Hold a minimum of 10 years of experience in a Controller role or similar position

• Possess comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Budget Processes

• Have experience in the Manufacturing sector, specifically in relation to Cost Accounting

• Proficiency in Cost - Standard and Cost - Job is essential

• Demonstrated expertise in managing Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)

• Familiarity with Inventory Accounting, Inventory Analysis, Inventory Audits, and Inventory Controls

• Experience with Fixed Asset Inventory and Fixed Assets required

• Expertise in Financial Reporting is crucial

• Ability to handle, manage and analyze large datasets is required

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary

• Must have the capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Proven ability in leading and managing a team is essential

• Must have a strong understanding of financial regulations and legislation.
