Description Robert Half is looking for a skilled Director of Growth Marketing to place with our client, in the energy supplier industry. As Director of Growth Marketing, you will own the entire customer journey, from awareness, to conversions, to retention. You will manage a small team (3-4 internal direct reports + some agency support as needed) and partner with many cross-functional teams, with the sole mission to of expanding a Direct to Consumers sales strategy, and help the business grow in a profitable way

Responsibilities: Build customer segment focused marketing plans for targeted audience/product pairs Drive new customer enrollments by advertising to identified market segments via a range of marketing mediums (mostly digital) Drive existing customer renewals enrollments and up-sales/cross-sales, by communicating with identified existing customer segments with the goal to improve customer retention & lifetime value. Define the social media strategy and oversee the company's website to ensure alignment with strategic goal Manage internal staff and external contractors to ensure needed skillsets are available. Creative assets are generally produced via external contractors. Responsible for optimizing customer Cost to Acquire, Funnel conversion rates, and digital advertising budget to achieve growth targets. Top Requirements: Bachelors in Marketing, Econ, Advertising, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus) 7 years of marketing experience; 3 years of digital marketing experience including familiarity with WordPress Experience in in D2C product strategy/funnel, specifically in the e-commerce "grudge" purchase environment (Car tires / repairs, mattresses, washing machines, A/C repair services, etc.) Previous experience selling a “Subscription” consumers service Leadership experience / team improvement plans, employee training and hiring top performers
