Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Epic PM to become a permanent member of our team. This role is based in Austin, Texas. As an Epic PM, you will be responsible for the management and successful execution of Electronic Health Records (EHR) projects. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of managing large-scale IT projects in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the entire cycle of EHR project implementation, from planning to closing phases.
• Work closely with various stakeholders, including clinical staff, IT teams, and external vendors, to align project outcomes with organizational objectives.
• Allocate resources accurately and effectively to meet project milestones, manage project teams, budgets, and timelines.
• Identify potential project risks and plan accordingly, devising strategies to minimize their impact.
• Supervise and implement change management processes to ensure seamless adoption of new systems and technologies.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Regularly update senior leadership on project status, progress metrics, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with EHR and other third-party vendors to ensure clear communication and fulfillment of project requirements. Requirements • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Epicor ERP.
• Proficiency in Epic Modules is essential.
• Demonstrable project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams.
• A deep understanding of business processes and workflow related to Epicor ERP.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and programs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new challenges.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Relevant certifications in Epicor ERP or Project Management are preferred.
• Experience with change management processes related to ERP implementations.
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest advancements in the field.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
