Description We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team based in Austin, Texas. As an HR Generalist, you will directly support the Human Resources team in the administration, communication, and implementation of human resource activities for the company. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide HR administrative assistance to managers/supervisors in interpreting policy, offering HR guidance, and resolving employee issues.

• Maintain an organized system of employee records which includes personnel files, leave of absence, workers' compensation and training files/records.

• Coordinate the pre-employment process for potential candidates.

• Prepare orientation packets for new hires and conduct on-boarding meetings.

• Maintain accurate and compliant I-9 files/records.

• Ensure the HRIS database records are accurate, consistent, and compliant through regular audits.

• Offer advice and assistance to employees and managers on HR procedures and policies.

• Perform administrative duties in support of maintaining employee records, including personnel status updates, terminations, and new hires.

• Assist with the administration of return to work processes as needed.

• Ensure compliance with labor regulations. Requirements • Possess proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Proficient in ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode and Dayforce

• Have a strong understanding of Benefit Functions

• Excellent Communication skills

• Strong understanding of Compliance regulations and procedures

• Proven experience in Employee Relations

• Knowledge of FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act)

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion

• Excellent problem solving/judgement skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure

• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines.
