Job Summary:
We are looking for an HRIS Systems Administrator to lead the support and configuration maintenance of our payroll and timekeeping systems. You will serve as a technical point-of-contact, ensuring data integrity, testing system changes, and supporting process improvements. This role requires a strong background in system configuration, reporting, and collaboration with HR and Finance teams to meet business needs.
Responsibilities:
Lead functional support for payroll and timekeeping applications, acting as the primary contact for issue resolution and system changes.
Coordinate and test software configuration changes and integrations with internal and external interfaces.
Advise on system configurations to improve efficiency, recommending and assisting with enhancements.
Assess and understand the impact of application changes on integrated systems and ensure compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to understand reporting needs and develop/maintain custom reports.
Assist in training users on the functionality of payroll and timekeeping modules.
Validate the integrity and accuracy of data across payroll and timekeeping applications.
Ensure compliance with corporate quality assurance policies and maintain necessary documentation.
Adhere to company policies, including OSHA, HIPAA, compliance, and the Code of Conduct.
Demonstrate regular and dependable attendance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field, or at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience with ADP Payroll and Timekeeping or similar applications (ADP/KRONOS preferred).
Proven experience in configuring timekeeping applications and supporting system-related projects.
Certified Payroll Professional certification is preferred.
Strong knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations and HR/payroll processes.
