Requirements: The Office Manager will be monitoring budgets for office related items and staff, assisting in developing and revising office policies and procedures for improved work flow. The office manager will be in charge of handling copy services, word processing, mail and distribution services, office reception, office equipment, utility services and communication systems. They will also be responsible for evaluating and improving office production while also serving as the "back-up" for the bookkeeper. The minimum qualifications to be an Office Manager is 3+ years of office management experience, 5+ years of bookkeeping experience while having experience in QuickBooks and Excel is required.
