Robert Half Payroll Administrator in Austin, Texas
Description We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our team in Austin, Texas. In the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry, your role will be crucial for our operations. You will be working in our modern workplace, addressing a range of responsibilities from application processing to compliance maintenance.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and resolve issues related to payroll and timekeeping applications.
• Ensure strict adherence to corporate quality assurance policies and necessary documentation.
• Provide advice on enhancing the efficiency of payroll and timekeeping applications and propose alternatives to meet business needs.
• Understand and manage the impacts of application configuration changes on integrated applications, compliance with regulations, and internal and external interfaces.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to understand and fulfill reporting needs, including the creation and maintenance of custom reports.
• Conduct training sessions for users on the functionality within the modules.
• Validate the integrity and accuracy of data across applications.
• Comply with all company policies, including OSHA, HIPAA, and Code of Conduct.
• Exhibit regular and dependable attendance.
• Use Accounting Software Systems and ADP Workforce Now proficiently, along with other related software like Crystal Reports and Ceridian.
• Administer 401k - RRSP, handle Accounting Functions and Auditing, and manage Benefit Functions. Requirements • Applicant must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Payroll Administrator.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is essential.
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is a must.
• Knowledge of Ceridian software is crucial.
• Ability to use Crystal Reports is necessary.
• Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration is expected.
• Proficiency in About Time software is required.
• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions is needed.
• Auditing skills are essential.
• Must have knowledge in Benefit Functions.
