Description
We are searching for a Project Manager to join our team based in Austin, Texas. This role is crucial for streamlining our digital projects such as web and mobile development, marketing campaigns, and enhancing our project management processes. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role within our team, working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to contribute to our growth and success.
Responsibilities include:
Facilitating the execution and delivery of digital projects, including web and mobile development, and marketing campaigns.
Streamlining project management processes to ensure efficiency across both centralized and remote environments.
Using tools such as Atlassian Jira, CRM, and IBM to manage projects.
Building and systematizing our processes through standardized Asana PM templates and workflows.
Identifying and creating guidance documents to enhance project management practices.
Monitoring and tracking time against budgets to ensure projects remain within allocated resources.
Standardizing client updates to facilitate clear and efficient communication between team members and stakeholders.
Tracking payments against milestones to ensure financial accountability.
Using collaboration tools like Slack, Asana, and Gsuite to facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.
Providing an external perspective to help improve and innovate our project management practices.
Applying skills in budget processes, construction, and customer service to ensure project success.
Requirements
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager.
Proficiency in Atlassian Jira.
Familiarity with CRM systems and database management.
Knowledge of EO/IR systems.
Experience with IBM systems and tools.
Proficiency in "About Time" time tracking software.
Understanding of budget processes within a project management context.
Experience in construction project management.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to manage and deliver project deliverables on time and within budget.
