Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Receptionist in Austin, TX In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and employees, providing exceptional customer service in a business casual environment. This position is part of our Workplace Experience function and will be located onsite with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and employees, offering a friendly and welcoming demeanor

• Manage incoming calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate parties

• Handle and approve janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed, and address issues with vendors or staff as required

• Assist in arranging and confirming recreational dining and business activities on behalf of the requester

• Oversee support for the team as directed, including office supply management, meeting coordination, and equipment care

• Review customized client materials to ensure compliance with brand guidelines

• Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures, notifying management to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building

• Resolve inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers in a professional, customer service-driven manner

• Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent

• Carry out other duties as assigned, working under minimal supervision and following specific directions given by the manager.

Requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Experience in Receptionist Duties and Office Functions

• Strong Customer Service skills

• Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to handle Materials and Work Orders in a Professional Manner

• Knowledge of Security procedures and handling Vendors

• Familiarity with Property and Workstation Support

• Skills in Data Analysis and handling Complaints

• Supervising experience and ability to work Onsite

• Understanding of Salary Structures

• Punctual and reliable

• Familiarity with Mindset Software

• Experience in handling Visitors in a professional setting

• Ability to review and implement Procedures

• Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
