Description
We are seeking a Sales Assistant in Austin, Texas, 78750, United States. This role will be centered around providing insights on merchandise, highlighting relevant offers, and supporting customer purchases in a high-volume, customer-facing environment. The Sales Assistant will also be expected to handle cash and retail duties, maintain excellent communication skills, and adapt quickly to training for various responsibilities.
What You'll Do:
Cultivate relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
Develop and present compelling proposals that showcase the magic of Disney events.
Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Travel to various locations throughout the country to meet with clients and promote Disney event offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Contribute to achieving sales goals and exceeding targets.
Requirements

A passionate and outgoing individual with a genuine love for Musical and Merchandise
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills to effectively represent Disney event offerings.
A natural problem-solver with a proactive approach.
