Description We are in search of a Senior Associate to join our team in Allentown, Pennsylvania. This role focuses on managing financial operations, analyzing financial data, and overseeing financial systems and processes in our industry.
Responsibilities include:
• Leading financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Analyzing financial data and identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Ensuring the preparation and review of financial statements for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Managing and optimizing financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborating with internal departments to support operational goals and provide financial insights for strategic decision-making
• Monitoring and ensuring adherence to financial controls and regulatory requirements
• Assisting in the preparation of financial analyses and reports for senior management and external stakeholders
• Leading and mentoring junior finance staff, providing guidance and support for their professional development
• Utilizing skills in Account Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger, Journal Entries, Microsoft Excel, Month End Close, NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP. Requirements • Proven experience with Account Reconciliation
• Proficiency in Balance Sheet Reconciliation
• Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations
• Strong knowledge of General Ledger operations
• Experience with Journal Entries
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Month End Close procedures
• Knowledge of NetSuite software
• Experience with Oracle software
• Familiarity with SAP software
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
