Job Summary

As a Senior Recruiter your specific responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for full cycle recruiting for temporary, contract and regular full-time positions of all levels within Corporate Services. Full-cycle recruiting includes but is not limited to conducting initial strategy meeting, phone screening and interviewing candidates, conducting reference checks, and managing the offer process.

  • Adhere to recruiting service level agreements.

  • Proactively escalates issues and concerns to ensure timely resolution or redirection.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers and applicable senior management, acting as a recruiting business partner and subject matter expert.

  • Ensure complete understanding of open positions' responsibilities and requirements and set recruiting service and hiring manager expectations.

  • Responsible for providing strategic recruiting recommendations to hiring manager and senior management, including but not limited sourcing strategies, internal talent identification, and researching/recommending partnerships with external organizations to identify top talent.

  • Guide hiring manager through the full cycle recruiting process including reviewing candidates, ensuring timely feedback on individual candidates and recruiting process, preparing for interviews, managing the interview process, collecting and compiling interview feedback and reviewing candidate information and offer package information with the hiring manager.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with Field office points-of-contacts (POCs).

  • Provide POCs with details of open positions as appropriate, ensuring a complete understanding of the job responsibilities, requirements, compensation and hiring manager’s needs.

  • Follow up with POC on a regular basis to identify candidates in a timely manner and provide initial or hiring manager feedback in order to adjust search and sourcing strategies.

  • Communicate with candidates on a regular basis, setting realistic expectations of the recruiting process and timeline and providing detailed information about job responsibilities and requirements, benefit programs, and RHI's culture and opportunities.

  • Partner with various HR & Compensation Departments to ensure that recruiting and talent acquisition processes supports business unit talent needs and recruiting processes and procedures.

  • Actively support and promote RHI's diversity and inclusion initiatives with clients.

  • Identify and develop relationships with professional forums and attend networking events to source and identify top talent and represent RHI and Corporate Services in the community.

  • Plan, participate and organize recruiting events such as job fairs, open houses, and street fairs.


  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience required. Human Resources/Management courses preferred.

  • 5+ years experience recruiting for positions at all levels of a corporate environment, including senior management, using multiple sourcing techniques for both active and passive candidates.

  • Must have proven experience consulting and acting as a strategic recruiting business partner for internal clients.

  • Knowledge of Human Resources management practices and Fiederal and State employment laws.

  • Proficient in MS Office.

  • ERP, Talent Management or Applicant Tracking System experience required.

  • Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, continually prioritizing workload.

  • Strong attention to detail with good organization and follow-up skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work with and maintain confidential information.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

  • Ability to take initiative and make decisions and/or recommendations as appropriate.
