We are in search of a Sr. Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas. This role primarily revolves around the management and leadership of IT infrastructure projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives within the industry. This opportunity also involves collaborating with various stakeholders, managing resources, and implementing infrastructure designs.

Responsibilities:

• Take the lead in managing the complete lifecycle of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring they align with the organization and departmental objectives.

• Develop comprehensive project plans that include timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Identify potential risks proactively and devise strategies to mitigate them and address related issues to ensure the success of the project.

• Supervise the delivery of enterprise technologies, from the design and procurement stages to implementation and operational handoff.

• Collaborate with the PMO and other stakeholders to ensure effective portfolio management, planning, and reporting.

• Work with technical teams to design, plan, and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performing infrastructure solutions.

• Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders, facilitate clear communication, provide regular updates, and drive change management efforts.

• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to contractual terms.

• Benchmark, monitor, and evaluate project outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Drive change management efforts to ensure smooth implementation of new technologies and processes.

• Continuously evaluate and refine project processes to optimize outcomes and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Project Manager or Senior Consultant role.

• Significant experience in managing Core Infrastructure (Network, Cloud, Servers and Applications).

• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and IT technical teams to design, plan, and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performing infrastructure solutions, including networking, cloud platforms (e.g., Rackspace), data migrations (Microsoft Fabric), integration solutions (ESB), and internet/intranet content management platform technologies (Adobe)

• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.

• Proficient in using project management software tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Relevant project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are preferable.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid changes.

• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
