Description Job Title: Staff Accountant Job Description: We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Staff Accountant to join our team. This role involves preparing financial statements, maintaining cash controls, preparing the payroll and managing the office operations. The Staff Accountant will play a vital role in maintaining the financial standing of our company and help us drive sustainable growth. Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and reconcile financial statements. Participate in the execution of periodic internal audits and assist in external audit processes. Assist in the preparation of budgets or forecasts. Perform analysis to make forecasts and report to upper management. Maintain and oversee general accounting functions, including but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes. Prepare reports and financial records as per management requirements. Support the company's accounts payable and receivable functions. Execute financial transactions in compliance with internal standards and financial regulations. Collaborate with management or staff to respond to financial inquiries and disputes. Perform other related duties as required. Requirements Qualifications: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field. Proven experience as a Staff Accountant or relevant position. Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and accounting software. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information. As a Staff Accountant, you should be reliable and able to carry out tasks autonomously and collaboratively. The ideal candidate will also have outstanding knowledge of financial processes, budgeting and financial controls, excellent numerical skills, and strong ethics. The goal is to contribute to the preparation of monthly financial reports and safeguard the company's finances.
