Description

We are offering an opportunity for a Treasury Accountant to join our team in Austin, Texas. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing our organization's financial assets and liabilities. You will be responsible for ensuring effective cash management and liquidity, executing financial transactions, and working closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and financial institutions to optimize our financial position and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily cash flow and forecast cash requirements to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs

• Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts and identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports related to cash flow, liquidity, and treasury activities for internal and external stakeholders

• Identify and assess financial risks including interest rate risk, foreign exchange risk, and credit risk and develop strategies to mitigate these effectively

• Assist in the management of short-term and long-term investments, evaluating investment opportunities and recommending appropriate investment strategies

• Monitor debt levels and compliance with debt covenants and coordinate debt-related activities including debt issuances, repayments, and refinancing

• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies and procedures

• Utilize treasury management systems and financial software to streamline treasury operations and enhance efficiency.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Ability to work with ERP Solutions

• Familiarity with Great Plains (GPAC)

• Strong understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Knowledge of Banking Operation

• Ability to handle Cash Activity

• Finance background and skills
