Description
We are seeking a lending professional to join our team in Aventura, Florida. We are looking for an office administrator for our Mortgage lending office and team. This role involves handling client applications, maintaining records, and resolving customer inquiries. This position also requires monitoring customer accounts and taking the appropriate action when needed as well as administrative support.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process customer credit applications related to loan processing.
• Utilize the Automated Underwriting System for accurate loan processing.
• Maintain precise customer credit records using CRM and Data Processing.
• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve inquiries related to loan processing.
• Adhere to compliance standards in all loan processing activities.
• Leverage skills in mortgage lending to meet customer needs.
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on account status.
-Maintain office inventory and supplies
-Complete office errands and reports

Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Mortgage or Real Estate industry
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Experience in Data Processing.
• Familiarity with Appraisals and Closing Processes.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Knowledge in Compliance regulations within the lending industry.
• Experience in Commercial Mortgage processes.
• Familiarity with Mortgage Banking, Mortgage Industry, Mortgage Lending, and Mortgage Loan Origination.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
