Description

· Maintain supporting schedules of financial statements according to monthly close schedule.

· Prepare and post month end journal entries for financial statements reporting and provide variances analysis to the Controller.

· Manage the fixed assets process and maintain fixed assets schedule.

· Manage and maintain operating leases and finance leases.

· Prepare business license tax, sale tax filings and property tax filings.

· Prepare daily bank and credit card reconciliation.

· Assist with Payable analysis and reconciliation tasks.

· Ad-hoc projects as assigned or requested.

Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related from 4 year accredited university

· Knowledge and Proficiency of Finance/Accounting Principles

· Highly detail oriented.

· 0-2 Years previous accounting experience preferred.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficient Computer skills with MS Office software required.

· Must be organized and possess the ability to multi-task.
