Description We are searching for an HR Recruiter for our team based in Azusa, California. The HR Recruiter will be part of a dynamic team in the non-profit industry, focusing on handling recruitment procedures, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring effective communication with potential candidates. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment process from understanding job requirements to conducting interviews

• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software like CRM and Careerbuilder for efficient candidate management

• Responsible for setting up interviews, which may involve occasional travel

• Conduct background checks in accordance with company policies and legal regulations

• Utilize ADP systems, including ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now, for various HR functions

• Handle internal promotions and identify areas where additional help is required

• Utilize effective communication skills to interact with potential candidates and address their inquiries

• Maintain accurate records and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information

• Work with other HR functions like benefits administration, as needed

• Maintain a flexible work schedule, working Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM. Requirements • A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within the non-profit sector

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode and Careerbuilder

• Experience with CRM systems and About Time software

• Knowledge of Applicant Track Systems

• Demonstrated ability to conduct Background Checks

• Understanding of Benefit Functions within a non-profit context

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
