Description
We are offering an opportunity for an Intake Coordinator in Bakersfield, California. In this role, you will be a key player in our customer service operations, processing customer applications, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with the coordination of various tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Establishing the first point of contact with potential customers, either through phone calls or walk-in inquiries.
• Ensuring accurate record-keeping and performing data entry tasks.
• Drafting and sending out correspondence and memorandums as needed.
• Scheduling initial interviews for Service Coordinator Specialists.
• Submits necessary monitoring reports and paperwork within the stipulated timeframes.
• Performing administrative and secretarial tasks as required.
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or related field
• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls efficiently
• Experience with Authorizations, Benefit Functions, and Billing Functions
• Knowledgeable in Claim Administration
• Ability to Compose Correspondence effectively
• Proficiency in Data Entry
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of professional integrity and confidentiality.
