Robert Half Direct is partnering with a full-service accounting firm seeking a Senior Auditor to serve clients in a number of industries including agriculture, government special districts, non-profit organizations and employee benefit plan audits. The Senior Auditor will ensure that the financial operations and controls meet standards and are error-free. This individual must be meticulous and analytical, with deep knowledge of auditing practices, strong organizational skills, as well as expertise in risk management and compliance. The ideal candidate will have 4 -5 years of experience in public auditing and accounting and a CPA license or CPA eligible candidate.
Plan and oversee the auditing process
Review team members’ work for accuracy and compliance
Perform effective risk and control assessments
Present audit findings and find ways to increase compliance and efficiency
Coordinate periodical audits
4-5 years experience in public auditing and accounting
CPA license or CPA eligible candidate
Ability to multi-task
Effective time management skills
Interpersonal relationship skills with clients & staff you supervise
Timeliness and responsiveness
