Robert Half is seeking a Financial Analyst candidate with a thorough understanding of finance and strong communication skills. In this Financial Analyst role, you will be conducting financial modeling on various financial products as well as measuring, analyzing, and forecasting performance in conjunction with operating plans, advising management on the allocation of resources to best accomplish objectives, and preparing reports for management. What you get to do every day
Compose and oversee forecasting reports
Provide valuable foresight and decision support through effective Business Intelligence (BI)
Understand and be able to explain internal and external drivers impacting performance and trending
Drive monthly reporting to business partners on financial results and if any actions are required
Collaborate with the Accounting team on the monthly and quarterly financial close process
Analyze performance to date and assess potential risks and opportunities
The ideal Financial Analyst candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education.
Other requirements for the Financial Analyst position include and are not limited to:
2++ years of experience in a fast paced environment with financial modeling and analysis
Advanced Excel (V lookups, pivot tables and advanced excel macros) experience
QuickBooks experience preferred
Strong operational finance knowledge and problem resolution skills
Outstanding communications, analytical, planning, data gathering, critical thinking and teamwork skills
Strong collaboration and communication skills to achieve company goals
