Description

Specialty company located within the Philadelphia Suburbs seeks a Senior Tax Analyst with expertise in tax provisions, tax compliance, and international tax. As the Senior Tax Analyst, you will prepare and review federal, state, local and international taxes, oversee monthly tax reconciliations, prepare tax provisions, handle transfer pricing, track and research updates on tax compliance, resolve tax inquiries, and perform financial analysis as needed. We are looking for someone who can reconcile tax accounts, plan and ensure compliance with federal regulations, negotiate tax inquiries, analyze tax withholdings, and process federal tax forms.

Primary Duties

· Coordinate tax audits

· Review financial tax implications

· Implement changes to tax strategy

· Analyze historical data

· International tax reporting

· Prepare sales/use tax reclassification journal entries

· Maintain client accounts

· Prepare tax basic balance sheets

· Assist with provision calculations

· Reconcile fixed assets

Requirements

The ideal Senior Tax Analyst will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar.

Other requirements for the Senior Tax Analyst role include and are not limited to:

· CPA preferred

· 5+ years of progressive tax experience

· Provisions experience a must

· International tax experience preferred

· Strong attention to detail
