Description
Robert Half is excited to announce a Business Analyst Opportunity with one of our biggest clients in the Banking Industry:
Responsibilities:
Apply a lean-agile mindset to work and support organizational agility
Actively participate throughout the software development process
Use questions and proposals to clarify requirements when unclear
Independently work with domain experts on low to medium complexity tasks to ensure clarity of the problem/opportunity and elicit business requirements
Collaborate closely with internal and external business partners to ensure all business requirements are understood, documented, and met
Create and organize documentation such as project inception & technical architecture diagrams
Hybrid: 2 days onsite!
Requirements
Requirements:
Proficiency in basic SQL queries
Understanding of APIs and experience with tools like Postman
Ability to gather requirements and collaborate with C-Level executives
Strong skills in software testing and documentation
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
Ideal candidates will have financial experience, particularly in trading with OMS or EMS systems such as Charles River, Bloomberg, etc.
Newly Added Responsibility: Past programming experience or ability to do light scripting preferred (Python, R, Matlab, or any object-oriented coding language)
