Requirements
BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business-related field
Self-driven motivator who takes initiative on projects with a strong ability to understand and solve creative challenges
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ in a supervisory capacity
Manufacturing or construction industry preferred but top performers from other industries will be considered
Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
CPA or MBA preferred
