Your responsibilities will include the following:
Address client help desk tickets
Perform remote troubleshooting
Record notes into the tickets
Log all time into the ticketing system
Identity problems and suggest improvements
Requirements of you:
3+ years experience as a help desk technician (preferably MSP experience)
Driven to provide amazing customer service
Diligent to follow processes and documentation
Driven to learn and grow
CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications are a plus
