Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday, UGK, UltiPro, ADP Workforce Now, PeopleSoft, Paychex Flex, and/or Paycom to join our team. The HR Generalist will play a key role in providing comprehensive HR support across various functions, including employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and payroll.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS systems, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Provide training and support to HR team members and end-users on the effective use of HRIS systems.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, applicant tracking, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
Assist with employee relations matters, including conducting investigations, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations, and serve as a liaison between employees and benefits providers.
Coordinate and process payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems, including personnel files, performance evaluations, and other HR-related documentation.
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to support organizational objectives.
Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and projects as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, with proficiency in multiple HRIS systems such as Workday, UGK, UltiPro, ADP Workforce Now, PeopleSoft, Paychex Flex, and/or Paycom.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred but not required.
