Description
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. This temp-to-hire position is the perfect prospect for those looking to showcase their skills in a fast-paced operational environment.
The successful candidate must have HR experience in one or more of the following industries: hospitality, retail, or manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics.
In charge of the recruitment cycle – from crafting job descriptions to interviewing and hiring staff.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Administer the organization’s benefits program.
Subject matter expert on employee relations and provide advice and counsel to management on complex HR issues.
Work Schedule:
Tuesday to Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
HR certification(s)
A minimum of 5 years of HR generalist experience
Experience with recruiting, onboarding, and benefit administration.
Prior experience in employee relations.
Previous experience being the sole HR person for a company with under 100 employees.
