Description We are offering a contract opportunity for a diligent General Office Clerk in BALTIMORE, Maryland. The role entails providing clerical support, document scanning, indexing, customer service, and data entry. This position is integral to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive office support, incorporating a keen eye for detail
• Operate document imaging equipment to create electronic files, ensuring accurate and efficient data handling
• Prepare indexes and store images following organizational guidelines
• Handle customer service inquiries, offering professional and timely responses
• Carry out data entry tasks, maintaining accuracy and efficiency
• Perform various other duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
• Utilize skills in Document Scanning, Desktop Imaging, Filing, and Customer Service to enhance job performance. Requirements • Proven experience as a General Office Clerk, with at least one year of related work history
• Proficiency in Document Scanning and Desktop Imaging
• Demonstrated ability in Filing and maintaining organized records
• Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Proficiency in using office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, and printers
• Basic knowledge of office procedures and basic bookkeeping principles
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office or similar office software
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
