Responsibilities:
Assist in the analysis and evaluation of potential mergers and acquisitions opportunities
Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and due diligence
Prepare investment memos, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deal execution and integration efforts
Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry developments

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory or corporate finance
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
