Manage a small team of recruiters
Manage day-to-day client interactions
Provide outstanding customer service
Evaluate and develop team members
Advise hiring managers on proper interviewing methods
Develop and create process improvement practices
Attend career and job fairs as needed
Department reporting as needed to leadership
Basic knowledge of recruiting practices
Management experience required
Must be bilingual in a 2nd language
