Robert Half is seeking an experienced Controller to manage and oversee the accounting and reporting functions for a dynamic company. The successful candidate will provide accurate and timely financial information, maintain and develop internal control procedures, and ensure the protection of company assets. Key responsibilities include internal financial reporting, preparing corporate budgets, analyzing budget variances, and preparing financial and cash flow projections.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and management skills, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to adapt to change. A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics is required, with a preference for a master’s degree or professional designation (e.g., CPA or CMA). A minimum of seven years of accounting, audit, and financial experience is essential, along with strong communication and presentation skills. Requirements • Extensive experience in managing Accounting Functions at a senior level

• Proficient in overseeing Budget Processes and implementing financial strategies

• Demonstrated expertise in Capital Management and investment decisions

• Strong analytical skills for Cash Flow Analysis and forecasting

• Excellent knowledge of finance Compliance and regulatory standards

• Broad understanding of Finance principles and financial management

• Proven experience in Financial Reporting and analysis

• Proficiency in using Great Plains (GPAC) accounting software

• Solid experience in Revenue Accounting and revenue recognition practices
