Description Robert Half Technology has partnered with a client in search of an Implementation Specialist. This position will be responsible for the implementation of web solutions for our clients customers, which involves phone and email contact with customers and sales representatives to gather data, entering information into software applications and collaborating with customers to implement the solutions. The specialist is responsible for training customers on the use of the application and will be responsible for working with vendors, internal technical resources and others to troubleshoot issues and problem-solve for available solutions. This position will also be responsible for the gathering, input and maintenance of our customer data within our CRM system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Act as the Project Manager for assigned projects from the time a customer purchases our application through the completion of customer training and launch of their website through transition to support.

Conduct conference calls and personal interviews with sales reps/customers to gather info needed, verify set up of information and quality of data to execute project and delivery in a timely fashion.

Set up software database using information gathered from the customer and sales representatives.

Contribute to the overall direction and execution of our broader Technology Solutions strategy as a key member of the team.

Document all customer interactions including telephone calls and emails related to implementation projects, support calls, etc.

Route information to the appropriate resource and/or respond to inquiries with appropriate remediation and professionalism.

Provide recommendations/consultation to Management on areas for departmental or implementation process improvements.

Escalate departmental or project related issues or risks and provide action plans for resolution.

Assists with monthly statistics, measures and other reports as requested.

Ability to support & work within a variety of technology platforms & application

Other duties may be assigned.

Education

Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university in Computer Technology, Business, Graphic Design, Marketing/Social Media; and a minimum of 1 - 3 years related Computer Technology, Business, Graphic Design, Marketing/Social Media experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with an emphasis in Computer Technology, Business, Graphic Design, Marketing/Social Media.

Skills/Experience

Required Experience/Skills:

Working knowledge of various Internet browsers (Edge, Firefox, Chrome, etc.)

Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Experience/Skills

Project Management

Web Content Management

Basic experience with project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project)

Domain & DNS Management

CRM Experience

Web and Phone conferencing
