Interested candidates must possess the following:

• 5 or more years of experience in managing business tax filings, and related compliance.

• Previous oversight responsibility for company liability insurance policy.

• Demonstrated ability to produce accurate and timely monthly financial statements and reporting.

• Expertise in the review of Master Service Agreements (MSA), including compliance verification, interpretation of legal documentation, and confirmation of contractual obligations.

• Prior involvement in the negotiation of third party vendor partnerships and terms of service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accounts payable and receivable management.

• Performs regular audits to ensure internal, organizational compliance.

• Manages billing function, ensuring the timely issuance of invoices and payments received.

• Prepares monthly financial statements and consolidation of financial reports for external CPA review.

• Manages vendor relationships, including negotiation of contracts.

• Ensures compliance with against all contractual obligations and terms.

• Oversight of company assets and liabilities, including company liability insurance program.

• Maintains real time business tax payment schedule, prepares tax filings, and ensures company compliance against all external tax requirements.

• Utilizes accounting software to properly document financial transactions and generate reports.

• Ensures adherence to accounting principles and procedures, based upon GAAP standards.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor of Accounting or Finance Degree - Preferred

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar position - Industrial services preferred.

• Proficiency in all general accounting functions, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)

• Demonstrated experience in auditing, billing, and corporate tax compliance

• Comprehensive understanding of company liability insurance policy and asset liability management

• Demonstrated ability in preparing monthly financial statements and reports

• Experience in managing vendor relationships and vendor contracts negotiation

• Knowledge of master agreements (MSA), contract compliance, contract management, and contract negotiation

• Ability to interpret legal contract terms and contractual obligations

• Viewpoint Vista software - Preferred

• Demonstrated analytical aptitude

• Exceptional communication, both written and verbal

• High level integrity and professionalism, with the ability to protect sensitive financial information

• High level proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 - Advanced Excel

• Ability to manage competing priorities within tight deadlines
