Description Business Intelligence Developer We are offering a 3 Year contract employment opportunity for a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The role is within the technology industry where you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining BI interfaces. These include query tools, data visualization and interactive dashboards, ad hoc reporting, and data modeling tools. There are TWO Business Intelligence Developer Roles available.
Responsibilities: • Utilize BusinessObjects Technologies to develop and implement BI solutions • Collaborate with business users to gather and document business requirements • Design and develop SAP Business Warehouse solutions to meet business needs • Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications • Develop and maintain Business Intelligence Technologies • Utilize SAP BOBJ - BusinessObjects to manage and run business applications • Use analytics to identify trends and make business decisions • Provide technical support and training to business users • Optimize BI tools and systems to improve operational efficiency • Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations. Requirements Requirements • Proficient in BusinessObjects Technologies • BEx Query Designer •SAP Budget and Planning (SBP) •SAP ABAP • Strong knowledge of Analytics and Business Intelligence (BI) • Familiarity with Business Intelligence Technologies • Ability to create and manage a Business Requirement Document • Experience in dealing with Business Users • Proficient in SAP BOBJ - BusinessObjects • Knowledge of SAP Business Warehouse (BW) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work well in a team and independently • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience • Proven experience as a BI Engineer or similar role
