Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The role involves providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, software, and hardware. This position also requires proficiency in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Mac Computers, and Microsoft.
Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Android Development and Cisco Technologies
• Provide technical support for Citrix Technologies and Mac Computers
• Manage Active Directory and Configuration Management
• Assist with the deployment of hardware and software to end users
• Support Apple Devices and Microsoft software
• Maintain computer hardware and ensure efficient operation
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues
• Update and maintain accurate customer credit records
• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Requirements
• Proficiency in Android Development is required.
• Must possess knowledge of Cisco Technologies.
• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies is essential.
• Experience with Mac Computers is necessary.
• Must have Microsoft software suite expertise.
• Active Directory knowledge is a must.
• Ability to work with Apple Devices is needed.
• Computer Hardware troubleshooting skills are required.
• Must have experience in Configuration Management.
• Experience in Deployments is essential.
