Description
Join our client's team in a dynamic and supportive role where you will assist the Technical Support and Office Managers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Your responsibilities will include a variety of project-related tasks aimed at supporting a key division specializing in automation technology.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage inventory of specialized machinery
Perform reconciliations for machine-related general ledger accounts
Ensure proper submission of machines to financial assets
Manage contractual documentation for machinery
Assist with compliance and service scheduling tasks
Handle all automation-related accounts receivable and accounts payable invoice inquiries
Review and manage miscellaneous invoice submissions
What you need to succeed:
Ability to navigate large spaces and stand for prolonged periods
Preferably an Associate’s Degree in Accounting
At least 5 years of experience in accounting and administrative support, ideally in a manufacturing environment
Strong skills in accounting, interpersonal communication, and customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to solve problems effectively
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across various departments
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
