Description
We are looking for a skilled Sr. Engineer to join our team located in Bay Lake, Florida. This role focuses on creating and implementing new embedded devices, identifying opportunities for improvement in firmware and driver domains, and working closely with manufacturing partners. This is a contract employment opportunity that offers a unique chance to work in an industry that combines creativity, technology, and storytelling.
Requirements
This Sr. Engineer will be expected to play multiple critical roles for DPEP regarding creation and implementation of new embedded devices.
The Sr. Engineer will also be responsible for implementing features, bugfixes, and identifying opportunities for improvement in the firmware / driver domains of the Connected Products platforms.
They will also be responsible for documentation and working with manufacturing partners on devising effective NPI strategies and factory testing suites.
The Sr. Engineer will provide feedback on work for junior team members for design, architecture, and development activities.
The Sr. Engineer should have good verbal and written communication skills, and be able to work independently as a self-starter, utilize good time management skills, and function well within a diverse team. Education:
