Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Manager in the bustling location of Bayonne, New Jersey. This position will leverage your expertise in the financial services sector, where you will need to apply your knowledge of Accounting Software Systems, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, and other relevant skills. This job function is critical to our operations, ensuring the smooth running of our accounting department.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the implementation and usage of accounting software systems to ensure efficient financial operations.
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services to manage payroll and other relevant financial transactions.
• Perform regular audits to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.
• Manage BlackLine system for efficient and accurate financial close management.
• Use Concur for travel and expense management, ensuring accurate and timely reimbursements.
• Oversee the execution of all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Oversee billing functions, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
• Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient business process management. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is necessary
• Prior experience with ADP - Financial Services is desired
• Familiarity with BlackLine software is a plus
• Proficiency in using Concur software is required
• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is expected
• Ability to manage all Accounting Functions is essential
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is required
• Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary
• Demonstrated skills in Auditing are required
• Competence in managing Billing Functions is expected
