Job Description:

As an E-commerce Marketplace Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our presence on various online marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, and Target Plus. This role requires someone who is curious, eager to learn, and possesses strong problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should be more tactical than strategic, focusing on day-to-day operations and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Management: Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and inventory across Amazon, Walmart, and Target Plus platforms.

  • Performance Optimization: Analyze marketplace data and metrics to identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategies to improve sales, visibility, and customer engagement.

  • Content Management: Ensure product listings are accurately and effectively presented, including product descriptions, images, and other content, to enhance the customer shopping experience.

  • Inventory and Order Management: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with fulfillment teams, and ensure timely order processing and fulfillment to meet customer expectations.

  • Marketplace Compliance: Stay up-to-date with marketplace policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance and minimize any potential issues or risks.

  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align marketplace strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field preferred.

  • Proven experience in e-commerce marketplace management, preferably with Amazon, Walmart, and/or Target Plus.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools, such as Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, etc.
