Description We are on the hunt for a diligent HR Recruiter to join our team in Beachwood, Ohio. As part of our team, you will be predominantly involved in candidate sourcing, application tracking, screening, and process expediting. You will be reaching out to potential candidates via phone and email, conducting preliminary phone screenings, and guiding them in formally applying for job openings. This role is part of our hiring center team, working closely with the hiring center manager, supervisors, and partner recruiters.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential candidates using company and external resume databases

• Engage with potential candidates through phone and email communication

• Present job opportunities to potential candidates and guide them through the formal application process

• Conduct preliminary phone screenings of potential candidates

• Efficiently track leads and applications through our systems

• Collaborate closely with the hiring center manager, supervisors, and partner recruiters

• Uphold a positive attitude, efficient, and attention to detail to deliver results

• Utilize technology proficiently to capture candidate information while managing multiple screen applications

• Utilize skills in Full Cycle Recruiting, Posting Jobs, Job Postings, Salesforce Platform, Applicant Track System, Applicant Screening, Resume Screening, Recruitment - Sourcing, Corporate Recruiting, Conducting Phone Screens, Background Checks, and Microsoft Office.

This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Requirements • Proficiency in Full Cycle Recruiting, including developing job descriptions, posting jobs, sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, and facilitating the negotiation and closing process

• Demonstrated experience in using Salesforce Platform for managing and tracking candidate information

• Familiarity with Applicant Track System and its application in streamlining recruitment processes

• Solid background in Applicant Screening and Resume Screening, ensuring only experience in candidates are forwarded to hiring managers

• Proven ability in Recruitment - Sourcing, utilizing various platforms and strategies to attract potential candidates

• Experience in Corporate Recruiting, understanding the specific needs and culture of a corporate setting

• Proficiency in Conducting Phone Screens, effectively assessing candidate suitability before face-to-face interviews

• Ability to conduct Background Checks in compliance with company policy and relevant legal regulations

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for creating reports and presentations.
