Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented National Treasurer/CFO to join our team based in BEACHWOOD, Ohio. In this role, you will play a critical part in overseeing and directing the financial condition of our operations. This includes managing customer applications, maintaining accurate records, and resolving inquiries. This role falls within our Accounting/Treasury and Annuity Departments and requires the ability to work collaboratively with different departments to ensure goals are met.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the financial conditions of the organization
• Direct and oversee the activities of the Controller and Annuity Department
• Monitor and track the performance of the Asset Manager in accordance with investment policy guidelines
• Prepare and publish annual and four-year reports for conventions
• Oversee the receipt, disbursement, and expenditures of money or capital assets
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory and information reports
• Prepare and manage budgets and financial forecasts
• Attend quarterly Board of Director meetings and Executive Committee meetings
• Serve as a member of IT Steering Committee and Enterprise Risk Management Committee
• Ensure compliance with regulations related to financial areas of business
• Maintain an office in the Home Office and carry out all other duties as assigned.

Requirements • Proven experience in a National Treasurer or CFO role for a minimum of 10 years
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services
• Knowledge of Business Systems and CRM
• Expertise in handling Accounting Functions and Auditing
• Comprehensive understanding of Budget Processes and Capital Management
• Ability to perform Cash Flow Analysis and manage Annuities
• Proficiency in KPI Reporting and Budgeting - Forecasting
• Strong Financial Analysis skills
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is required
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree is required
• Familiarity with relevant legal guidelines and regulations in finance
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ethical behavior and high integrity standards
