Description
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Assistant to join our team in Beachwood, Ohio. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for candidate sourcing, application tracking, and application screening. This position will be a part of our hiring center team and will require proficiency in technology and managing multiple screen applications.
Responsibilities:
• Source candidates using both company and external resume databases
• Contact potential candidates via phone and email to inform them of the position
• Conduct brief phone screenings with potential candidates
• Direct potential candidates to formally apply to job openings
• Assist with application screening processes
• Expedite recruitment processes as needed
• Work closely with hiring center manager and supervisors
• Build relationships and discuss potential careers with candidates over the phone
• Maintain a high level of energy and a positive attitude
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and capacity to deliver results
• Be proficient in the use of technology, including the Salesforce Platform and Applicant Track System
• Conduct background checks on potential candidates
• Use MS Office tools to maintain accurate records and process applications.
Requirements • Demonstrated experience in Full Cycle Recruiting
• Proficiency in Posting Jobs and Job Postings
• Familiarity with Salesforce Platform
• Experience with Applicant Track System
• Skills in Applicant Screening and Resume Screening
• Knowledge of Recruitment - Sourcing and Corporate Recruiting
• Ability to Conduct Phone Screens and Background Checks
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented approach
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
