Key responsibilities

  • Manage incoming telephone calls

  • Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

  • Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence Requirements - Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks

  • Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills

  • Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

  • Proven computer skills

    • Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
  • Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods

  • 2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

  • Strong customer service and office administrative skills

  • Proven knowledge of CRM

  • Email Correspondence experience

  • Well-founded grasp of Maintain Spreadsheets

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suites

  • Deep understanding of customer service

  • Solid understanding of typing 45 - 60 words per minute

  • Proofreading experience
