Charlie Gilmur with Robert Half is in search of a highly capable Lease Negotiator and Office Manager to become an integral part of our team situated in Beaverton, Oregon. This role is pivotal in managing our office environment, supervising lease negotiations, and ensuring adherence to business licensing requirements. You will be expected to coordinate various responsibilities efficiently, demonstrating strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.


• Initiate and supervise lease negotiations for office spaces and other business facilities.

• Collaborate with landlords, real estate agents, and legal counsel to negotiate favorable lease terms.

• Ensure lease agreements align with business needs and financial objectives.

• Oversee daily operations of the office to ensure smooth functioning.

• Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.

• Address staff queries regarding office facilities and provide necessary support.

• Maintain and renew business licenses and permits required for operation.

• Stay updated with regulatory changes and ensure compliance with local and state regulations.

• Manage documentation and filings related to business licenses.

• Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing events.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.

• Support other departments with administrative tasks as required.

• Track expenses related to office management and lease agreements.

• Assist in budget preparation and monitoring related to office operations.

• Work closely with accounting and finance teams on lease-related payments and invoicing.

Requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for managing and analyzing data

• Experience in Claim Administration to handle and process claims effectively

• Skilled in Lease Administration to manage and coordinate leasing activities

• Knowledge of Lease Agreements, Lease Contracts, Lease Negotiations, and Lease Renewals to ensure smooth operations

• Experience in Commercial Leasing to manage leasing of commercial properties

• Expertise in Commercial Property Management to oversee and direct commercial real estate operations

• Ability to interpret and enforce lease agreements and contracts

• Experience in negotiating lease renewals and new contracts

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is preferred.
