Description
We are looking for a meticulous Project Assistant to join our client's team in the Marketing/PR industry based in Beaverton, Oregon. The role involves data management, coordination with representatives, shipping tasks, and outbound calls. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in updating spreadsheets and creating documents using data extracted from Excel files
• Manage and coordinate with offsite representatives for the installation of signage, including monitoring progress, and addressing concerns or queries
• Prepare client-ready photos by sorting and organizing completed photo assignments
• Assist in packaging materials for shipment as required
• Make outbound calls to lease locations, and coordinate placement and installation as necessary
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to manage tasks and timelines efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries promptly
• Maintain organized files and documents for easy retrieval
• Perform scanning and other shipping functions as necessary
Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Previous experience in customer service is highly beneficial
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills, including managing and organizing files
• Experience in shipping functions and procedures
• Familiarity with scanning and document management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
