Do you possess excellent communication abilities and strong data entry skills? Robert Half is seeking a personable Sales Assistant/Customer Service Representatives to assist our client in the Beaverton area. This role provides customer service and administrative support to a sales team. This is a temporary to hire opportunity offering a 40 hour work week and weekends off!
What You'll Be Doing:
Calls through a pre-generated leads list to determine lead quality and update contact information (outbound calls, but not true cold calling)
Performing data entry into Salesforce
Report call activity, volume, and outcome on a weekly basis
Perform other sales support and administrative functions as needed
Customer service experience
Problem solving skills
Retail or customer-facing sales experience
Experience resolving customer inquires
Friendly and empathetic team player
Experience researching customer problems
Data entry abilities using word processing and spreadsheet software—focused on quality and accuracy
