Description Our reputable client is seeking a Property Accountant to join the company. This Property Accountant will have experience in accounting and property management, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and property-specific systems. If you thrive in a fast-paced work environment that requires the ability to balance multiple responsibilities, this may be the role for you.

What you get to do every day

• Report on a variety of financial data after analyzing and coordinating

• Assemble income statement and balance sheet analyses monthly for management reporting

• Create complex account reconciliations and journal entries

• Assemble reporting packages and financial statements

• Sustain fixed-asset ledger, depreciation and reconciliation

• Support the implementation, maintenance and adherence to internal controls

• Manage capital lease and monthly payment schedules Requirements - Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or a related field is required

• Experience with industry specific accounting software

• Previous experience in accounting, real estate accounting, or property accounting preferred

• Multi-Entity or Multi-Location Accounting preferred

• Dependability in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills in particular

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
